My passion is assisting individuals and small businesses with their varied legal issues, and I am proud to have earned a reputation as a knight-in-shining-armor to dozens of satisfied clients throughout the country. I pride myself on providing personalized legal service to my clients . . . and I even return phone calls.
I have over 20 years of tested experience in civil, business, personal injury, family and criminal law throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and Maryland. I have successfully tried civil and criminal jury trials, administrative proceedings and appeals. My academic credentials include an Ivy League education and law review experience as a contributing author and editor of the University of Miami Business Law Journal. Most recently, I was editor-in-chief and contributing author of the latest edition of the Montgomery Bar Association's Civil Practice Manual, the definitive legal manual for practicing law in Montgomery County. I am also pleased to report that I was selected as a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer - Rising Star" in 2005 and 2006 by the publishers of Philadelphia magazine.
I began my legal career as a judicial law clerk in Maryland, and established my own law practice at the age of 26. I presently serve as an arbitrator in civil court cases, and have been court-appointed as defense counsel in state criminal prosecutions. I am also a Special Assistant Public Defender in the Magisterial District Courts throughout Montgomery County. In my spare time, I am an avid music fan and I have been playing guitar for 30 years.
