Clark Allison is a tax, business and estate planning attorney. His focus is on family protection through estate and asset protection planning and business protection through business, corporate, tax, real estate and asset protection consulting as well as exit planning for small businesses. Clark has been practicing law in California since 1993 and started the law firm in 1996. His educational background includes a Masters degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, a J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in Sacramento, and an LL.M. degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Clark is a charter member of Wealth Counsel LLC, the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Trusts and Estates section of the California State Bar.
