I have over six years experience working with businesses of varying sizes drafting contracts, helping companies plan to avoid and resolve business disputes. I have given talks pertinent to starting businesses and protecting the business and its assets.

My law degree is from the Catholic university Columbus School of Law and upon graduation, I began working as the vice president of a Washington D.C. based wireless broadband startup. In 2008, I launched my practice to aid new and small businesses and cofounded LaunchMemphis (now StartCo) and Fuelfilm, both organizations which focus on stimulating entrepreneurship and the Memphis economy. In 2013, for family reasons, I moved back to the East Coast and now call South Eastern Virginia my home.
