He is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court, the 7th & 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for California, Illinois, Texas and Wisconsin, the U.S. Tax Court, the state courts in California and Wisconsin and Pro Hac Vice in Oregon. He is also a licensed broker in California.
Silvina is a bilingual, skilled, international advocate, negotiator, and corporate counsel with years of diversified experience providing counsel and directing individuals and business clients on a broad range of legal issues. Before earning her Juris Doctor degree in the United States, Silvina practiced law for several years in Argentina as a corporate litigator. She has extensive experience in all legal aspects of business and commercial law, contract negotiations, international business transactions, real estate acquisitions, and immigration law.
Silvina draws on personal and professional experience to design the right immigration strategy for individuals and business. She helps to plan adequate visa transitions for job and career changes, to unite family members and obtain waivers. For more than a decade, she has directed investors, employment, and family visa related matters. She advises employers on all aspects of employment visas for new hires and green card sponsorship as well as advices and helps individuals to obtain visas, permanent residence and citizenship.
She has earned two Juris Doctorate degrees, one from Argentina and the other from the United States and is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the Federal Courts in Argentina, and the State Bars of California and Mendoza, Argentina.
Holly has broad experience and a successful track record helping clients tax, debtor/creditor, and employment litigation matters including cases involving Fortune 500 companies. She also actively handles medical malpractice and personal injury cases including catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters.
Holly is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California, the U.S. Tax Court and the state courts in California and Washington.
