California Court finds Post-Judgment Order Appealable

In the course of enforcing a money judgment, judgment creditor (JC) subpoened documents from a third party. Third party (TP) objected to the production of documents. JC brought a motion to compel production and the court granted this motion. JC pursued TP for contempt of the Court. TP appealed. Held: The order compelling production was appealable.
