This is a Family Law Question.
On California Child support form FL-150, page 3, there is a Question on Average monthly expenses. If i am unemployed do I need to include combined expenses for me and my wife although my wife is paying all household expenses?

At this point in the FL-150 form, the court is trying to figure out "your" monthly expenses in "your" household, regardless of how the expenses are paid. 

The big factors in calculating child support are the incomes of the parents and the percentage of time with the child or children.  While it is important to get a somewhat accurate number for expenses, the court realizes that you are in some sense, making your best guess at these numbers.
