Can a father negate a quota of his property to one of his children after his death?
I would like to talk to someone who could explain me the basics of the Italian inheritance law. My father who is Italian – I am English – told me that no property would have been transmitted to me after his death – he divorced from my mother and has 3 other children. I would like to clarify that point.

I wanted to clarify the question. Your father is in Italy and you are in England? You are looking for inheritance laws of the area of Italy your father is in? Thanks in advance for clarifying.
