The Law Office of Kristin Allen is designed to address a tremendous void in the marketplace, by providing quality, specialized legal representation of producers, directors and executives in the broadcast/entertainment industry, for a pre-set fee. In addition to her law practice, Kristin is retained as Chief Corporate Counsel to Ken Lindner & Associates, one of the most successful broadcast agencies in the country. Her twelve years of experience, negotiating over one thousand contracts for both on-air and off-air clients, gives her a tremendous advantage in the negotiation process.

The goal for each client is to:

* Guide them step-by-step through the negotiation process
* Negotiate aggressively and effectively on their behalf, thinking not only of the current contract, but the client's "next step"
* Explain the legal complexities of the contract
* Charge a reasonable fee

Through the years, Kristin has negotiated over 1000 employment contracts, including handling the legal work for MATT LAUER ("Today" Show), LESTER HOLT (MSNBC), ELIZABETH VARGAS (ABC), JOEL CHEATWOOD (VP Development, FOX News), ROBIN MEADE (CNN), LISA GREGORISCH (Senior Executive Producer, "Extra"), CHARLES LACHMAN (Executive Producer, "Inside Edition"), ROB MARCIANO (CNN) and MEGYN KELLY (FOX News). She has also negotiated deals for NANCY O'DELL and SHAUN ROBINSON ("Access Hollywood"), DAYNA DEVON and JERRY PENACOLI ("Extra"), SAMANTHA HARRIS (E!, "The Insider", "Dancing With The Stars"), JAMIE COLBY (FOX News, CNN), LISA GUERRERO (ABC Monday Night Football, "Inside Edition"), RICK SANCHEZ (CNN), ALEX CAMBERT ("Good Morning America"), LARRY LAURENT (Producer, "Inside Edition"), MIKE ROWE ("Dirty Jobs", Discovery), SIDNEY CLIFTON (SVP Programming, Starz Media), PETE BREEN (Senior Producer, MSNBC), KRISTIN PEACE (SVP Creative Affairs, Trifecta), and TONY COGHLAN (Los Angeles Bureau Chief, "Inside Edition") in addition to many other local and national news and reality-based programming clients.

Kristin previously worked as a litigation attorney, specializing in employment law. She was involved in several high-profile cases, and made numerous appearances in federal and state court. She also collaborated with noted civil rights attorney, Leo Terrell, on his book about discrimination in the workplace, "Your Rights At The Workplace - The Things Your Boss Won't Tell You."
