I began practicing law in 1985 following nine years in manufacturing. I concentrate in family law & those areas which naturally accompany that category, i.e. juvenile, adoption, domestic violence, divorce etc. I also enjoy probate & estate planning, once again keeping with the family theme. I have had success in select social security disability cases, landlord/tenant, & small business issues. Since 2000 I've been an arbitrator for the Dayton area Better Business Bureau, deciding automobile lemon law cases & disputes arising with BBB members & their customers.
I've practiced both as a solo practitioner & as an associate for several law firms. I've also done appeals for fellow attorneys on a contract basis, & still do.
Through the years I've mentored several young attorneys & trained several paralegals, which I've enjoyed greatly.
