I started my professional career in 2003 as a legal trainee in Landwell Bulgaria, the correspondent law practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Bulgaria. I've worked for the internal capital markets and commercial law groups of the firm. In 2008 I reached the position of legal counsel with the firm.
In May 2008 I joined Dimitrov, Tchompalov & Todorova law office, a boutique law firm specializing in corporate and securities law, capital markets, public and private offerings of securities.
In April 2010 an ex-colleague from Landwell Bulgaria, Borislav Dimitrov, and I teamed to start up our own law firm, Dimitrov Ivanov & Partners. I am a graduate of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (Master in law, 2005). In 2010 I also passed Level I of the CFA examination.
