The Mason Law Firm, managed by Mason Rashtian, helps clients who have been injured in accidents, slip and falls, dog attacks (dog bites), electrocutions or as a result of using a defective product. Specializing in personal injury and wrongful death cases, we help those victims recover their medical bills, pain and suffering, and lost income. There is never a fee unless there is recovery on the case.
Prior to opening The Mason Law Firm, Mr. Rashtian worked as an insurance defense attorney with major law firms. So, he brings a unique perspective to litigation, having litigated both sides of the issue. Mr. Rashtian is also atypical because he truly cares for the health and well-being of his clients, which is why he choose to leave defense work (where he represented the interests of insurance companies) and has instead chosen to represent those who have been injured.
