Nate Kraut graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1983. From 1983-1995, he served as a Senior Judicial Attorney for the California Court of Appeal.
In 1995, Mr. Kraut went into private practice by starting a law firm that is devoted exclusively to civil appeals and writs.
