William G. Mayhew, Esq. heads his own private law practice helping business owners and private citizens with Business Law,  Contracts, Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning, Probate Estate Administrations, Adoptions, Bankruptcies, Child Dependency Cases, Criminal and Juvenile Defense, and Expungements.

Before completing his formal education, Mr. Mayhew was a steelworker in Follansbee, West Virginina and a railroad worker in Mingo Junction, Ohio.   He  graduated cum laude from the University of Steubenville with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and went on to earn a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. A life-long learner, he later earned a Masters of Divinity Degree summa cum laude from the International Seminary in Plymouth, FL.

He has practiced law with great success, in public sector starting as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Columbus, Ohio.  He progressed in his career to Assistant County Prosecuting Attorney and Assistant Attorney General, Division of Medicaid Fraud.  He served as the Director of Public Service and Public Safety for the City of Reynoldsburg, OH before moving to Florida and launching his private practice.

In 2007, Mr. Mayhew was asked to serve to as Senior Program Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem for the 6th Judicial Court in Clearwater, FL, a post he accepted and carried out with great dedication until 2009.

Mr. Mayhew provides legal guidance to the International Association of Certified Consultants (IACC) regarding corporate and contract matters. He is passionate about helping business owners choose the proper business structure and contract agreements to prepare for success.
