Bill Naifeh - Attorney Profile
Bill brings over 18 years of legal experience in all aspects of intellectual property law. His area of concentration focuses on patent portfolio development and international patent strategies. Currently, he assists small to mid-size companies in the development of their intellectual property (“IP”) portfolios and often functions as a “part time” in-house IP counsel.
Bill was a vice president of intellectual property for a medical device company in the Boston area. Bill also assisted and consulted on a long term basis with a European-based telecom company when they brought a patent portfolio of several thousand patent applications in-house. Prior to opening his own practice, Bill has worked for the Texas-based firms of Haynes and Boone and Winstead.
Bill holds a B.S. in Engineering with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law. Bill is a licensed Professional Engineer ("P.E.") and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is also admitted to practice law in Texas, Oklahoma, and in numerous Federal courts.
