For more than 32 years, Bill Fahey has represented the interests of Michigan electric and natural gas utilities in administrative, regulatory, commercial and appellate matters. Bill has have been involved in every major regulatory matter affecting Michigan public utilities over the last 32 years.
Municipal Law Experience
Bill Fahey has represented more than 100 municipalities throughout Michigan over the last 32 years. He handles matters either as municipal attorney or on a special project basis. Bill has the expertise necessary to assist Michigan municipalities in dealing with any legal issues they may encounter.
