Daniel E. Schultz has over thirty-five years of experience representing the seriously injured and their families. He focuses his civil practice on medical negligence and other complex personal injury litigation. Mr. Schultz has been involved in a wide variety of medical negligence cases against physicians, hospitals, HMO's, and nursing homes.
