Bredberg has extensive experience working throughout the U.S., Asia, Europe, and North Africa/Middle East. He brings to projects a unique ability to "get things done," having conceived, constructed, and operated diverse guest products including golf, hotel, marina, and entertainment facilities, and is adept at adapting new technologies in projects.

Prior to Stonecreek Partners, Mr. Bredberg was Vice President of Location-Based Entertainment for Universal Studios Recreation Group ("USRG"). In this capacity, he led new product development and financing efforts for "next-generation" CityWalk projects, as well as the creation of new Universal Studios branded venue concepts. In this role, Mr. Bredberg had the unique opportunity of exploring and integrating all areas of Universal Studios out-of-home entertainment operations into new business opportunities, including business units such as live music performance, film exhibition, retail, television production, and overall studio production. He has also explored means of extending Universal Studios' brand presence into new venue and distribution methods.

Prior to joining Universal Studios, Mr. Bredberg was Vice President and senior operations executive of Real Estate and Hotels for the U.S. real estate portfolio of the Al-Ibrahim "family office" (Al Anwae Trading and Al Tameer Trading establishments) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Over a five-year period, he formed and operated an acquisitions, asset management and development group with responsibility for the diverse portfolio of operating and to-be-built properties valued in excess of $1 billion. Projects completed during Mr. Bredberg's tenure included Falcon's Fire Golf Club (Orlando), The Ritz-Carlton Aspen, the acquisition of 23,000-acre Banning-Lewis Ranch (Colorado Springs), Silver Circle Ice Rink (Aspen), and the repositioning of Woodfield Corporate Center (Schaumburg, IL). As the senior operating executive for this portfolio, Mr. Bredberg managed in-house and third-party management firms, involving all day-to-day operating matters, for a portfolio that included existing and planning commercial hotels, resort hotels, office space, golf course and marina holdings, retail, entertainment complexes, major landholdings, and residential projects.   Each of the projects also had various financing and construction matters of importance.

Prior to his involvement with the Al-lbrahim's, Mr. Bredberg was Vice President and Principal with Phillips Brandt Reddick ("PBR") in Irvine, California. While with PBR, he consulted to The Walt Disney Co., Santa Margarita Co., The Irvine Company, and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bredberg held positions with The Irvine Company, where he directed financial strategic planning, as well as with KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr. Bredberg is a Member of the Urban Land Institute ("ULI") and a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He was a founding member of the Hotel Asset Managers Association. Mr. Bredberg received a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree and was a W.S. Kies Scholar at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, with majors in Real Estate-Urban Land Economics and Finance-Investment Banking.

Don Bredberg brings a highly relevant background to project teams that is helpful as development planning proceeds. Mr. Bredberg has extensive experience with master-planned projects at various stages of design and development, including the rigorous programming, market support assessements, and financial analysis that is required to create viable and flexible land use and implementation plans.
