Most of the cases I have tried over the last 20 years have been against Toyota, Ford, GM, Kia, etc. I have also tried a number of farm impliment and other products cases. I am board certified by the NBTA, an ABOTA and International Society of Barristers members, on the Board of AAJ and Vice President of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. I have authored numerous paper and spoken around the country on various issues of interest to the trial bar. I have been admitted to practice in Missouri and Nevada state bars and numerous Federal Distric and Circuit Courts as well as the United States Supreme Court.
