Don Philbin has resolved disputes and crafted deals for more than 20-years as a commercial litigator, general counsel, and president of $100M-plus communications and technology-related companies. He has mediated more than 200 matters – guiding parties through unique processes designed to reduce barriers to efficient outcomes in a variety of substantive areas, including business disputes and personal injury claims, dissolutions of corporate, marital, and probate estates, real estate and significant ad valorem tax protests, and corporate and community facilitations. Don combines broad experience with extensive training (LL.M. from Pepperdine’s top-rated Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution; Harvard’s Program on Negotiation; Executive MBA) and serves as an arbitrator on several panels, including CPR’s prestigious Panels of Distinguished Neutrals.
