Allison McKeel - Attorney Profile
|
My practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation representing businesses in international, construction and employment cases. With over 16 years of experience, I have represented businesses in federal and state court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations and in administrative proceedings. I act as primary counsel and regularly work with other attorneys as local co-counsel.
I have expertise in electronic evidence and discovery issues and consult with businesses and other attorneys in matters involving electronically stored information, including: document retention policies, computer use policies, preparation of electronic discovery plans, discovery requests, evidence preservation procedures, and litigation hold letters.
I received my B.S. degree from the University of Virginia in 1986 as an Echols Scholar. I received my J.D. degree from Washington & Lee University in 1991, where I was a member of the Moot Court Board and an Honor Advocate representing students charged with honor offenses.
