My practice is focused on representing individuals in a broad range of complex estate planning (ranging between $200,000 to $4,000,000,000), tax, and corporate matters, and business succession planning for family-owned entities. I accomplish my client’s objectives by combining wealth preservation strategies with their estate planning goals, through the establishment of revocable and irrevocable trusts, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and other estate planning vehicles. My practice also focuses on: representing fiduciaries and heirs in probate, trust and guardianship administration and litigation; asset protection planning; drafting and negotiation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; assisting small and large businesses with choice-of-entity planning and formation; business contracts (including the preparation and negotiation of employment, lease, shareholder and membership agreements); mergers and acquisitions; and representing tax-exempt organizations (including private foundations) in their organization and operation.
