Kate Lynn has been practicing law since 1987, and her solo practice is primarily family law. She is a dedicated lawyer who is committed to her clients and is a zealous advocate in the courtroom. She encourages settlement of family law matters including divorce, alimony, (APL & spousal support), child support, and child custody disputes through informal and formal mediation, four party conferences, and collaboration. However, Ms. Lynn is a proven litigator with significant trial experience.
The law office is located one block from the Lehigh County Courthouse and the United States District Court - Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and is 20 minutes from the Northampton County Courthouse. Ms. Lynn makes court appearances in many counties throughout eastern Pennsylvania, but she primarily appears in Lehigh and Northampton counties.
Ms. Lynn's matrimonial law practice includes adoptions, divorce, custody and support. The Law Offices of Kate Lynn handles all family law matters including separation agreements, domestic violence/ protection from abuse (PFA), prenuptial agreements, equitable distribution, same sex couples issues, post-divorce enforcement, post-divorce decree modifications, and post-divorce contempt proceedings.
