Susan J. Gray has been practicing family law exclusively since 2004. Her practice includes all aspects of family law, including child custody and visitation, property division, domestic violence, and the drafting and enforcement of pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She also has worked on high-asset dissolution cases and family law matters involving related civil and criminal issues.
Ms. Gray earned her Bachelor's Degree cum laude from Harvard University in 1994 and her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2004. While at Hastings, she served on the National Steering Committee of Law Students for Reproductive Justice, a national organization targeted towards expanding professional training in reproductive rights law. She worked as a teaching assistant for courses in Legal Writing and Research and Moot Court, and received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Writing and Research.
Ms. Gray served as the Judicial Clerk in the 2004-2005 term for The Hon. Ellen L. Koblitz, Presiding Judge, Family Part in New Jersey Superior Court. She is certified in Mediation and Concilation Skills by the New Jersey Judiciary and has served as a mediator in both the New Jersey and California Superior Courts.
