Kelly J. Shindell joined Viola Law Firm as an Associate Attorney in the Spring of 2006, and has practiced exclusively in family law throughout her legal career.   Ms. Shindell was made Partner at the Viola Law Firm in 2009.  Ms. Shindell has handled all aspects of family law matters, ranging from high-asset marital dissolutions involving complex property issues, to precedent-setting custody disputes, to pro bono domestic violence cases on behalf of clients as a volunteer attorney with the Domestic Violence Collaborative Project.  Ms. Shindell also served as an extern in the San Francisco Superior Court Unified Family Division under the Honorable Harold Kahn in 2003. 

Ms. Shindell is honored to be named as an outstanding young lawyer on the 2009 Northern California Rising Stars list, published annually in the Northern California Super Lawyers magazine.  No more than 2.5% of young lawyers in the State of California are named on the list each year.
