About the Attorney
An active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and its D.C. Chapter, Rana Jazayerli has spoken on panels for employment-based visas, in particular the EB-5 Immigrant Investor petition. An experienced litigator, Rana has also successfully filed actions in U.S. District Court on behalf of clients experiencing unreasonable delays in the adjudication of their naturalization applications.
A graduate of Columbia Law School, prior to opening her own firm, Rana served as an associate with a top Washington D.C. law firm. She is also a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, holds a master's degree in communication from American University, and has several years of media experience. Fluent in Arabic, Rana regularly represents and advises, among others, clients from the Middle East.
