Mr. Jensen’s experience includes personal injury litigation in a variety of areas including motor vehicle accidents, workplace and construction site accidents, product liability, toxic torts, medial malpractice, railroad cases, including crossing accidents and Federal Employer’s Liability Act Claims, and workers’ compensation. He has also tried various types of employment law cases including Title 7, retaliation, ADA and FMLA claims.
