I practice in the areas of product liability litigation, construction law and litigation, real estate litigation and appellate law. My primary focus is the defense of product liability claims against transportation companies and equipment manufacturers and in the area of construction litigation representing real estate developers, contractors, and design professionals. I have arbitration, trial and appellate experience in each of these areas and I frequently negotiate construction agreements for owners and contractors.

Successful defense at trial of luxury custom home builder against claim by purchaser for breach of contract alleging defective construction and excessive billing under cost-plus agreement for construction of model home.

Successful litigation of claim on behalf of contractor against public entity for extra work and non-payment on multi-million dollar projection and successful defense of counterclaims for construction defects and fraud.

Defense of construction manager against suit by condominium developer resulting in a defense award, including attorneys’ fees.

Successful defense of national transportation service company against lawsuit alleging defective design of equipment and failure to warn.

Successful defense at trial of national rental company against product liability claims.
