Yaphett Powell, M.B.A., J.D., is an entertainment attorney and business affairs executive at FOX in the International & Emerging TV Networks Group. 

As in-house counsel, Mr. Powell is primarily responsible for negotiating, structuring and closing complex business deals for FOX's entertainment, sports and media properties. Throughout his career as a corporate and entertainment attorney, he has successfully led and advised teams of executives in consummating strategic business ventures and transactions across a wide variety of industries, including entertainment, technology and digital media.

Mr. Powell began his career as a corporate attorney with the Los Angeles office of K&L Gates LLP, a major international law firm.
