ROBERT H. ZILSKE practices with the Zilske Law Firm S.C., of Milwaukee, concentrating in the defense of worker’s compensation claims and related employment, disability, and insurance law issues. He received both his B.A. and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. From 1974 through 1977 he was a hearing examiner (administrative law judge) for the Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Division of the Wisconsin Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations.
Mr. Zilske carries a Martindale Hubbell AV rating, has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for over ten years, and has been listed in Super Lawyers in Wisconsin since its initial publication.
Mr. Zilske is a member of the Defense Research Institute, The State Bar of Wisconsin and its section on Labor and Employment Law, and the American Bar Association including its sections on Labor and Employment Law (Workers Compensation Committee) and Tort and Insurance Practice.
In addition to having taught workers compensation law through the Marquette University Law School Extension, Mr. Zilske is co-author of the chapter on worker’s compensation law in the Wisconsin Attorney’s Desk Reference and co-author of the chapter on worker’s compensation in the Law of Damages in Wisconsin, both published by the State Bar of Wisconsin.
