Cheryl Erber has worked at some of Silicon Valley’s most prestigious law firms.  She started in 1989 at Baker & McKenzie, one of the world’s largest law firms, with over seventy offices in thirty eight countries.  After working on a variety of civil litigation cases, she specialized in corporate law, working at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in their corporate law division.  Working at the Valley’s premiere corporate law firm exposed Cheryl to the full range of skills needed to address today’s companies at every level from incorporation to liquidating events.  Most recently Cheryl has focused on a litigation practice in conjunction with Sayar & Fausto, a boutique law firm in downtown Los Altos handling a wide variety of legal needs, and a general corporate practice.
