Andrew Kreamer, born in 1975 in Des Moines, Iowa, received a BA in History/Political Science from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1998 and his JD from the University of Tulsa in 2001. Mr. Kreamer became licensed to practice law in Illinois in 2002. In 2007, Mr. Kreamer joined Morelli Legal Counsel. P.C. as an associate bringing with him diverse experiences in both transactional law and litigation.
Mr. Kreamer's transactional law experience includes such matters as negotiating commercial leases, representing clients in commercial and residential real estate closings, business asset sale transactions and advising clients regarding business entity choices.
