I provide Mediation, Arbitration and other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services throughout the Bay Area and Northern California. I have ample hands-on experience in the field of conflict resolution using patience, persistence and creative solutions to resolve difficult and complex issues. This experience is reflected in the more than 400 mediations, excluding pro bono, that I have conducted since 2001. Currently, my practice is 100% ADR. As a Mediator, I have a propensity to go right to the heart of complex and technical issues being disputed. With an MBA, JD, and over thirty years of business and legal experience, I am able to understand and communicate both the business and legal aspects of the problem in language that each party can understand.
