Clay Olson is the primary shareholder, and manager of the litigation division at Olson & Good, PC, a South Carolina firm with locations in Charleston, North Charleston, and Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. Mr. Olson maintains a very active litigation practice which stresses an aggressive, yet fiscally responsbile approach to commercial matters. Mr. Olson has served as an advocate of Commercial and Residential Contractors, financial institutions, insurance companies via panel counsel positions at Amerisure, Main Street America, National Grange Mutual, Liberty Mutual, Great American Insurance, and others on occasion. Mr. Olson is general counsel for several regional corporations involved int he construction industry including The SIM Group, Kelly Builders Carolina, Creative Builders and Investors, Precise Construction, as well as some material suppliers, distributors, and subcontractors. Mr. Olson was elected Vice President of the Hilton Head Island Bar Association in 2000, and is a member of the Charleston County, South Carolina, and National Bar Associations. In 2008, Mr. Olson was asked to serve as South Carolina's attorney delegate for the Council on Litigation Management, a national organization consisting of insurance companies, self-insured companies, claims management vendors, and law firms.
