Therese King Nohos focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including class action defense. She has represented clients in all stages of the litigation cycle, from filing emergency motions for injunctive relief to arguing an appeal before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Therese has represented clients in a wide range of appellate and trial-level matters in both federal and state courts, including disputes involving allegations of breach of contract, consumer fraud, employment discrimination, theft of trade secrets and other business torts, copyright infringement, and securities fraud.
