When you decide to refer a case, nothing should count more than track record, pure and simple. When defendants know they are facing successful, experienced litigators, your clients have a much better chance of getting the award they deserve. SPK has that kind of a track record. Although past success is no guarantee of future outcomes, we can provide you with the litigation skills that
assure your clients’ rights won’t be treated lightly.

SPK is a law firm with more than 25 years of experience in litigating or settling a wide range of medical malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury claims. Over those years, the firm has successfully tried hundreds of cases in local and federal courts for its clients.

A number of attorneys at SPK have earned an “AV” rating (Martindale-Hubell’s top rating) and are members of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. Two members of the firm – Alan H. Perer and George M. Kontos have elected Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.
