About Philip Catlett

Philip R. Catlett, Attorney At Law

At the law firm of Philip R. Catlett, we are dedicated to provide professional, aggressive and experience legal help in several fields of law. Since 1993 Mr. Catlett has provided professional exceptional service to his clients as they deserve; additionally, we pride ourselves on not only providing professional aggressive representation but also on maintaining exceptional contact with our clients with the respect and care they deserve.

In handling hundreds of cases a legal problem can often cross-over with another area of law. For example, testimony elicited in a Family Law Case can be used in a Criminal, Civil, Domestic Violence, Tax
Matter, etc.  If your attorney has a limited or myopic approach on any particular case you could find yourself with more legal problems than you began with.  Again, it is important to have an attorney who is well versed in your legal problem, and is also well versed in cross-over areas associated with your legal problem; we provide this type of exceptional representation.

Call today and we will hear your possible case, should we be able to help you then the next step would be for us to set an appointment to review your matter, any funds for the consultation, will be applied to the retainer should one be necessary.  If we are unavailable, most all calls are returned either within minutes or by the end of the day, excluding weekends and holidays. (Note:  We do not provide legal advice over the telephone and believe that no attorney should allegedly provide legal advice over the telephone as we believe it to be not in your best interest(s)).
