Have fun with your law firm marketing… we certainly do. SEO | Law Firm means the “Search Engine Optimized Law Firm”. In 2007, online marketing company Adviatech Corp. formed Seolawfirm.com to better explain the legal marketing products that they had been using for two years prior under the Adviatech brand. Since then, SEO | Law Firm has continued to be the strongest holding in the Adviatech family of companies.

Mission Statement

Let’s build a bigger law firm™ together.

It’s not just a slogan, it’s our mission. From the websites we create, the logos we imagine, the press releases we write, the alliances we make, and the strategies we put into action, everything we do at SEO | Law Firm is about building a bigger law firm… yours. It’s been our recipe for success since inception. As law firms grow, their marketing budgets expand. Our success is directly connected to yours.

Big Enough to Compete, Small Enough to be Agile

SEO | Law Firm’s parent company, Adviatech Corp., is made up of about 20 people, most of whom work out of or report to their Tampa, Florida headquarters. While some law firms may think they are getting more from a giant organization, we encourage prospective clients to ask a large legal marketing company this question… “When was the last time you changed your marketing strategy?”

Our marketing plans are modified or upgraded at least twice a year. As the market changes, technology evolves, and Google makes yet another modification to their algorithm, your strategy must change. We bring a powerful suite of services that the competitors cannot match, such as dedicated writers that produce high quality content each month, and our sister company, Law Firm Newswire. Law Firm Newswire gets your law firm’s news into 230 plus news sites, networks, and other websites. News content gets into Google News, Lawlink, and on news websites like the Boston Globe’s Boston.com, the San Francisco Chronicles’ Sfgate.com, Business Insider, CBS MoneyWatch, About.com, websites of several local CBS and ABC news affiliates, metropolitan newspapers, and other practice area specific networks (see full network).

With our experienced team, marketing tools, and the most powerful network in legal news behind us, our law firm marketing plans make the giant companies seem just a little smaller.

Corporate Culture

In 2008, Adviatech management declared that the company would no longer sign any new outsourcing agreements and would, from that time forward, only hire local employees. As a growing company, we recognize and embrace our responsibility to our community, environment, and employees.

Adviatech employees enjoy health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, dental benefits, paid vacations, IRA contribution matching, and also receive paid volunteer and activism days to make our community a better place to live. We encourage ideas, participation, and creativity from all team members.

Adviatech’s employees are educated professionals doing what they do best. By providing a warm, stable working environment, we enjoy very low turnover and can therefore provide our clients with a consistent team of experts to execute their marketing strategy.

In 2011, Adviatech declared a self imposed minimum wage of 25 percent above the minimum wage of the state they are doing business in. While the company never hired at minimum wage, the new policy helps Adviatech attract better skilled applicants for entry level and temporary positions.

Company Stability

SEO | Law Firm is Adviatech’s strongest holding. Formed in 2005, Adviatech Corp. has maintained consistent profitability and growth in every tax year following 2006. Adviatech’s owners believe in heavily reinvesting profits back into the company as they have done since their first profitable tax year.

It is important to know that your law firm marketing company has the stability to be a long term member of your marketing team.

That’s Enough About Us

A website is more than a page, picture and words. Visitors can assess the size of your law firm simply by looking at the design of your website and the way you organize content on it.

Attorney videos are gaining traction as useful online marketing tools. Videos can help provide prospects with answers to some basic questions about their legal needs. When people are searching for a lawyer, they are often also looking for answers and information, too.

This year’s Penguin updates from Google have changed how many law firms are positioned in the search results. For years, we have identified many cheating law firms that heavily took part in link exchanges, buying paid links, forum spam, blog comment spam, paid posting and other link building tactics that are now yielding useless, if not damaging, links.

For attorneys, mobile websites are becoming a requirement rather than a fancy add-on. Mobile devices are ubiquitous. People are increasingly opting to search with mobile devices in their homes and offices even when a desktop or laptop computer is available. Google estimates that by 2014, more people will be accessing the Internet with a mobile device then with a PC.

As the trend of eschewing Yellow Pages ads in favor of using technology to attract clients continues, firms will increasingly notice new clients saying, “I found you online.” Generally, if more people are finding your firm online, that is a positive development. The Internet helps level the playing field between large firms with abundant resources, mid-sized firms, and smaller firms who like to focus their practice on a limited number of cases. Everyone can use online marketing to expand their footprint.

The key to a truly successful law firm marketing strategy has always been producing a steady stream of relevant content. Even before Google released Panda and now Penguin, the most reliable way to promote long-term goals – both of being found and converting visitors to clients – was to create value through quality, meaningful content.
