Senior Contracts Counsel
In-house Counsel with more than five years drafting and negotiating contracts. Provides risk analysis and transactional support while diligently adhering to corporate objectives. Negotiates skillfully on a broad range of commercial agreements, including software/technology agreements, NDAs/Confidentiality Agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, relationship alliance agreements, license/cross-licensing, and SOWs. Manages outside counsel, develops / improves processes and provides legal advice to senior executives and business partners. Extensive qualifications in the following competencies
