Ben specializes in assisting companies with their intellectual property and technology transactions. Ben has over 11 years of experience structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial transactions, including software license agreements, distribution and reseller agreements, various forms of services agreements, technology transfer and development agreements, electronic commerce agreements and Internet co-marketing and co-branding agreements.
Ben gained valuable experience counseling venture-capital backed and public companies in Cooley Godward Kronish’s Technology Transaction Group from 1999 to 2003 and in Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison’s Business and Technology Group in Palo Alto, California from 1996 to 1999.
