Kasowitz Sues Duane Reade for $7 Million 'Success Fee'
Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman has sued its longtime client Duane Reade Inc. for a $7 million "success fee" it claims it is owed as part of an alternative fee arrangement.
