The FBI has recently been made aware of various malware attacking Android operating systems for mobile devices. Some of the latest known versions of this type of malware are Loozfon and FinFisher.

Our client, Americantex Inc., was the assignee of a money judgment. The judgment debtors brought a "motion to strike" the assignment and prevent our client from collecting on the judgment. The trial court denied this motion. The judgment debtors accused the trial judge of being biased and prejudiced, and then initiated this appeal. The court of appeal affirmed trial court's ruling, and awarded costs to our client.

Justice Stevens retired from the U.S. Supreme Court in 2010, after serving at the High Court for 35 years. Justice Stevens was born April 20, 1920 in Chicago, Illinois. In 1941, he earned his bachelor of arts in English from the University of Chicago. Soon thereafter, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, where he served as an intelligence officer from 1942 to 1945, and was awarded a Bronze Star for his service. Just because you love your children and get along with them does not mean you can assume that they will love each other or get along with each other in the same way. The reality is that when there is money on the table family history and love can easily be thrown away. The relationship between each child with each other child should be examined when making an estate plan.

Teri Shields, best known as being the manager for her daughter Brooke Shields during the beginning stages of her career, died in November of 2012. The elder Shields was one of the first well known "Momagers" or Mom Managers for the careers of their children and a predecessor for current day examples Kris Jenner and her daughters, Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim Kardashian and June Shannon the mom of Alana Thompson, also known as Honey Boo Boo. If you have sizable assets it is an advantage to be married. If a couple is married they can pass an unlimited amount of money to each other after they die without having to pay a federal estate tax. Bill Gates, Donald Trump, or Warren Buffett could pass all of their billions to their wives if they died and would not have to pay a cent of federal estate taxes.

George Lucas, must known for creating the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises, sold his LucasFilm company to Disney for over four billion dollars on October 30th 2012. LucasFilm owns the future movie rights for these franchises and as part of the announcement of the deal there was news of Star Wars Episode Seven moving forward with production. Lucas' movie company was founded and solely owned by him since its creation. Many people in the entertainment industry were surprised by the timing and price of the sale, but from an estate planning it makes sense.

The greatest estate plan you can make is to spend all of your assets or everything that you own. This is simple and easy to do as you can just have fun until your last dollar and not worry about passing anything on. Some may be forced to do this while others may spend all of their assets by choice. The only problem with this plan is most people do not know when they are going to die and do not want to be broke or have no money. The spend everything plan also does not leave anything to any loved ones.
